Graduated in contemporary dance from L'École de danse de Québec in 2007, Jade-Emmanuelle Amyot currently revolves in the professional dance and circus world. Focusing on the aerial art, she created a solo hoop with ballet pointes and a solo silk with graceful and distinguished lines. Moreover, in symbiosis with her dazzling partners, she presents aerial duos on hoop, silk-loop, ladder, luster and harness.
She had the privilege to work with different renowned choreographers and directors in various contemporary, urban, corporate and multi-disciplinary creations of Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Éloize, Olivier Dufour's Productions, MysterAct, Aubé, Azur and Snow Fliers Company, Carrefour International de théâtre, Peter Pan's musical, Improvising Dance League (SMID), Ozalik, Amos Daragon, Dragao, Özü Danse Company and in various International Festivals.
Winner of the Interflora and Fémina Awards in France, she also presented her circus numbers in Canada, England, Belgium, Mexico, Germany and the United States.
Being known as a dancer and a circus artist, she is also, since 2008, the choreographer and teacher for the Troupe Contemporel of Cégep Limoilou. Furthermore, Jade-Emmanuelle was the Artistic Director of the 29e Festival intercollégial de danse, which gathered 500 dancers and professionals in the artistic scene.
